Tips for fresh breath



1. Brush and floss frequntly
Brush and floss as many times a day as you can, to wash out all the bacteria.

2. Avoid foods that sour your breath
Onions and garlic is a prime example, even brushing after you eat wont make the smell go away, just avoid it all together.

3. Scrap your tongue
This is where bacteria lies, its important to buy a tounge scraper and do it often.

4. Avoid mints and grab the gum
Sugar in mints dont clean your mouth it makes it dirtier, gum will clean your mouth and make your good breath last longer.
